Order Instructions.
1. Check the item description carefully prior to buying because our suppliers don't provide return policy.
2. When you already consider an item for buying, send an email to our customer service at chatygonline@yahoo.com providing the following:
a. item number
b. quantity
c. preferred payment option
d. full name
e. shipping address including postal code
We will notify you through email confirming your order. If you will pay through paypal ( preferred) we will send you an invoice for the amount you need to pay.
3. You can pay through LBC, UnionBank deposit, BDO deposit and Paypal.
5. Allow us 3 to 6 days to prepare your items. We provide tracking numbers so you can check the development of your items online.
6. We will ship your items to the address you provided in your email or through text. Should you need to change your shipping address, please inform us through email.
7. Wait for your item/s to arrive.
